04/30/2012 - Speaking for Success

Class was lots of fun today.  Great team work, communicating in our actions, body language.  Gesture Game i want one so bad, it is a lot of fun. 

Thank you very much Mrs. Darlene Quichocho for enhancing my knowledge and being a person who cares.  You are a great teacher in my book.

See ya around;  class i am not trying to be teachers pet.  Remember we all got our grades already.  I love mind cause i passed.  Great meeting all of you.

04/25/2012 Speaking for Success

Today in class we had our conference with our teacher on our grades.  Forever speak now, or forever hold your peace.
I passed, but i am not giving up. 
I am shooting for at least an A in her class.
Anything is possible.  I hope my speech is a inviting and entertaining.  Hope you all like it and join me in my reading sessions.  Thank you very much for your undivided attention.

Chapter Reading 04/23/2012

Its coming near to the end and what we are doing as a class is reading the chapters and dicussing them in class.  What ever we do not finish we read on our own.  

We still have our motovational speech due.
It is great learning how to communicate with people.

April 18,2012 Wednesday

So last Wednesday we had met for our class. We did a class reading and discussion on the chapters that we had been reading. It was a great for us to get the reading to a down pack because like many I'm one of them that would refuse to read. Then Mrs.Quichocho had talked with us about our motivational speeches and that by this time now we should be able to give the class and her a perfect speech. That was well thought of and mostly well written.

Chapter 6, Developing Interpersonal Skills, 04/16/12

We talked about our essay.  Showed the teacher my outline.  The class read Chapter 6, Developing Interpersonal Skills.  Then we had to answer the define terms, plus we picked from the idea box page 86 or wrote our own behaviors we didn't like.  We answer our behaviors by writing how we would deal with the situation.   This chapter was interesting.  Especially the part learning the Social Skills for Business Success.

04/18/12 Chapter 7, Interviewing Effectively

.This chapter was also very interesting.  I walked in late and the teacher was reading.  I am sorry everyone for being late.  It must have been the heat.  I left work and started to throw up.  I know, YUK!  Anyways when i felt better i came into class.  Like the say no matter what the outcome interviewing is  a valuable experience from which to learn and grow

Monday April 16,2012

So we had read Chapter 06 in our text books, and in this chapter we learned about the most important things in life one for me was how you introduce people of ages and spouses. I found that chapter very interesting because I never knew that there is ways of introduction. And then great ways on remembering people that you can't exactly remember by name, by usage of initial contacts. For example I can't remember some of my classmates names and though we should take our time and effort on finding out who is who I am very anti-social. I don't really like to talk unless it is needed and for family and very close friends. But in this chapter I found that we can do it we just need to know the territorial areas. When to continue and when to stop.
